I have been living and working in The New Forest area for over twenty years painting horses and murals for clients across the UK and Europe. 

I started out by training as a mural painter learning the skills of trompe l'oeil and special paint effects. 

My love of horses led me to begin painting portraits of other peoples animals and equine commisions are a large part of my working practice. 

I love horses and I practice natural horsemanship. In every portrait I try to bring out the inner beauty and character of the subject.
