BOSCOMBE LIFE DRAWING GROUP MOVES TO THE BY-THE-SEA OLD SCHOOL HOUSE
Well, summer is still hanging in there which is great and hopefully lots of art has been done during the longer days and plenty of ideas are brewing for work to do over the (hush) winter months. One thing to do is get the pencils sharpened ready for some more life drawing. It seems like a long time since we met in July. It was great to see some of you at the BIC over the Shards Exhibition for some of the one off sessions we ran with Trish and Lilly.
But now its time to buckle down and do some serious life drawing. For the new season we have a change of venue. Dont worry if you forget and turn up at the Wellspring, we are literally round the corner from there at By The Sea (The Old School House). The location is Gladstone Mews, Gladstone Road Boscombe BH7 6HG. The venue is a bit smaller than the Wellspring but we hope that it will work out well, The space is lovely and hopefully the light will be much better than the Wellspring where it has always been a problem. The cost is now £12.50 for three hours with £10 concessions for students OAPs and unemployed.
